“Repairman was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price (over $300) for some wire, blowing out pvc pipe , and less than an hours work was really bad. Water caused the door switch to burnt/short out. Repair was to wire it so that there was no door switch any longer and blow out pvc drain pipe.”

“Delco Air bought out John Herbst Heating and Cooling a few years ago. I was a 30 year customer of John Herbst. I spent 10's of thousands of dollars with them over the years on 2 complete central air systems, service, and a Mitsubishi mini-split. I recently had to have the 3 year old mini-split removed from my wall so that the wall could be repaired from storm damage. After getting an estimate (T&E) over the phone of $500-600, I was charged over $1100. What a MISTAKE I made of using these guys. They had NO training on the Mitsubishi split so it took hours and hours for 1 person, who I HAD to ASSIST in both the removal and the re-install. I had to print out the installation manual for the tech to use. I had to help lift, I had to supply a stud finder. This was not a one person job. They should have known that after the removal took several hours. ($275 for the removal and a WHOPPING $850 for the reinstall). This was JUST the inside unit! The tech was GREAT by the way. Very neat and personable. A fine person. Had they told me they did not know Mitsubishi I would never have used them. It took longer for the reinstall of just the inside unit than it took Herbst to install the ENTIRE system!
I will NEVER use these guys again! AVOID!”

“Michael was great in diagnosing my issue. He thought it was a board but came back to rediagnose and found a hole in the heat exchanger. Crew that replaced my furnace were timely and efficient. “Adam is remarkable at his craft and his customer service. Delco is certainly our preferred Heating and Air Conditioning company. After weeks of back and forth with a company that was referred by our Home Warranty provider, it turns out that Delco saved us quite a bit of money with a second diagnosis and quit inspection. The problem that the previous company could not resolve after two (2) visits was resolved the same day we contacted Delco. They dispatched Adam and his partner within hours of calling, and our issue was resolved right away. Thank you, Delco!!!”

They were clean, professional and friendly throughout the installation. Brian was also on top of scheduling and handling the permit process. “Adam was terrific, I had called regarding a leak in the AC unit that was causing a little flood. He was very thorough with his examination of the unit and had replaced the pvc pipe. When he had left about a half hour later the problem came back. I called Adam to let him know the situation. He was already home but told me he would come back to take care of it. He came back and took care of the issue. Excellent customer service. A+”
